Does not compile with OpenVR SDK 0.9.9 #6

It seems Valve added a GetMCImage() function: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/openvr/blob/master/headers/openvr_driver.h#L1146

Other than this, it doesn't seem like they changed the API. I'm having other build issues but I think I'll be able to resolve them.
