screen artifacts/tearing with latest 3.2.2 release #1044

I have tried Big Sur, Monterey and Ventura, all of them have the same issue as shown in the screenshot below (those black dots and lines). What's even worse is that the entire system will become extremely SLOW when these show up and crash in no more that 5 minutes. I'm sure I have followed all the steps as well as the troubleshooting guide. The only thing I replaced inside the chassis is the Intel WLAN card -> BCM94360NG.

Any idea why?

PS: Please ignore the those EDID files on the right. I have the issue before applying them and after so they don't make any differences.

By the way, my monitor is Dell U2720QM and I'm using the c-to-c cable came along with the monitor if this info helps.

This is what it look like when getting worse.... It does look like what's mentioned in #7 but I wonder why? Isn't Polaris22Fixup.kext the patch for fixing it? I'm not sure if it's broken in the latest release.image
