I'm holding off on this because there's no empirical data that the USB power property injection does anything other than get a number to show up in System Profiler. Someone with access to a hardware USB 3.0 current probe and/or a USB 3.0 Android device rooted to show charging current should test the charging on both Windows and OSX mode to see if there is any difference. My gut says there won't be.
