Had the same issues. The .pkg file destroyed my Windows bootloader even tough i selected my macOS drive. After removing the Windows SSD and all other storage devices, deleting the EFI folder from macOS drive and running the .pkg after that, it works.

I just noticed that I can boot from OC when I pull out the windows disk.

Windows Disk only, Windows boots.
Mac Disk only, MacOS boots via OpenCore. (No issues by the way.)
Both disks, Windows boots.

If I select the MacOS partition in the BIOS, Windows boots anyway.
Only way to get into MacOs with both disks installed is booting from Clover USB.

I seem not to be able to get into the picker by pressing ALT. (I might need to get hands on a wired keyboard for that.)

I edited the OC plist now to show the picker and keep a timeout. That fixed it.
Maybe this is the same issue for other people?

Yeah I tried that. (Crossposted in 2.0 Beta-Test thread).

In the end it seems like OC got used and defaulted to Windows. (Also posted in 2.0 Beta-Test thread.)
