I think once 10.15 is more widely used, people in the community will figure out a way and I can include the fix.

Hello,

I also ordered the DW1830 WIFI card because i need 2 SSD. Running 10.15 Beta 8 with OC atm.
-Which KEXTs do i need to install?
-Are there any problems with the Power-Management?
-There are two WLAN antenna connectors. Which one should be connected?
-Where can I get the KEXTs?

Thanks alot!

Hi, please do not take over another issue with an unrelated issue. Please do not use this tickets system for support requests unrelated to the guide.

I'm running iPadOS 13.0 GM. Is that relevant? other things are working properly.
If you can give me some detailed information, that will be great!
I'm using an iMac SMBIOS configuration and maybe that's something I can work on.

Was just asking as I think side car was for 13 onwards, But it looks like you are covered.
Nothing special with my setup was just done with OC 2.0 have not changed SMBIOS which is 18,1 mac mini. In fact my setup looks very similar to yours.
My ipad is 11.9 inch pro , Will try it on my smaller one when I get home but I just plugged it in and it showed up under sidecar as an option to use, selected it and it was an instantly on.

@lmshsqlc can you test sidecar on another machine/mac to see if it's an iPad issue?

I've already changed the SMIBIOS to a macmini and updated to OC2.1 in this github. It still doesnt show the ipad on the sidecar prefPanel.

I checked the iCloud account. I have both device logging in with the same iCloud.

I think this issue will suspend for sometime before I can reach a device. i'll have to wait until it finally release the public version then look for a mac from someone else. Thank you.

For some odd reason I turned off Bluetooth then turn it on, the iPad was found no matter whether I was connected to USB or not.
