It is possible to create a new student to a study programe you have no access to

When creating a new student, you can select a study programme that you have no access to. Student creation is successful but when trying to redirect to the freshly created student, it leads to an access denied page. Would be more logical, if student creation only listed study programmes which the creating user has access to.
