Update the usage examples to be based on shell functions instead of short expressions. For instance:

function path_helper() {
    PATH_HELPER="${GOPATH}/bin/path-helper"
    if [ -x "${PATH_HELPER}" ]; then
        eval $(${PATH_HELPER})
    else
        echo "# [ERROR] path-helper can't be found!" >&2
    fi
}
