Blocking tracking scripts (IPAPI, GTM) halts loading #1

The website will not load using an ad/tracking blocker that blocks the IPAPI and GTM scripts. Consider excluding these from the preloader check or ideally removing them altogether as I believe they violate various worldwide privacy laws if using without prior consent.
