Custom log patterns not working

Version 1.4.13
Custom log patterns no longer appear in GUI, neither in menu.

Also, file http://wiki.otroslogviewer.googlecode.com/git/rePattern-ex2.png is not available, from wiki

I'm having the same issue. Looks like the problem goes quite a few releases back.

It is not a bug it is a "feature". The Custom log pattern will be used if they are the best parser for a file. But if more than one parser can parse one file it is random witch parser is used.

In 1.4.16 we added a feature to chose one of the working parser: see #593
