Spacebar in text box pauses playback

Hi, I have an issue when I'm using the search box. While inputing text, using the space bar pauses/resumes playback when I'm actually trying to write.

Don't know if it's a Foobar issue, a plugin isssue or if it's just me, any idea how to fix this?

The cause isn't the skin, don't you have a keyboard shortcut play/pause with the space bar?

Thanks for the response, yes I do apparently, I thought that was the universal control for it. Do you know of any way I can keep it how it is and make it not conflict? (I know I can set ctrl+space instead but it's less intuitive for me)

You can't ;) I tried myself, but it's impossible to disable a keyboard shortcut specifically when you use the searchbox
