When launching Tabular Editor through the CLI with a server and database arguments specified, an error occurs if the server requires MFA. This is because Tabular Editor tries to connect to the instance before the UI is loaded. Investigate whether we can defer connecting until after UI load so that the MFA dialog can show if needed.
