В 8.3.17 появился новый тип "КатегорияОшибки" и метод в "ИнформацияОбОшибке" - ЯвляетсяОшибкойКатегории().
Возможно стоит это поддержать. Хотя большинство значений "КатегорияОшибки" связано именно с ИнфоБазой.
