Allow the-way import -w <gist-url> to import from a Gist produced by the-way sync which has an index.md file with descriptions and tags linked to snippet_<index>.<extension> files. These snippets would be added to existing snippets (so <index> is ignored.

Also, add tags to index.md file in Gist
