Change "Starred" to "Bookmarked"

We've decided to change the "Starred" language to "Bookmarked". The bookmarking metaphor works better with our document content and is easier to understand what it will achieve – saving a place for easier future reference.

First iteration here can be to change user facing language only, no API's or model methods.
