Values not reflecting on mobile during spellcheck

Description

When using the markdown editor on mobile (Samsung S10: Chrome), until the word exits the device spellcheck (Being underlined and having words suggested) no value is injected into the editor.

This results in the placeholder not disapearing when typing begins and unless the word stops being in a suggested state, the value is not injected into the editor.
