Number of edge configuration

At the moment, we put 50 edge for vtep brick in graph.
We may have to put a higher value but does this have any impact ? this ticket try to address the question.

Next:

• If having a huge number of edge have an impact for vtep or switch brick (and we can't fix it in packetgraph), then we should add an option to butterfly configuration to set vtep / switch maximal values.
• If having a huge number of edge does not impact performance, then we must increase it to an very high value (like 10_000)
