Can't add app with admin privileges to non-Enterprise Slack server #151

I've been trying to set this up on Heroku with a Slack server. Everything works until I get to the part 4 of the "OAuth tokens" part of the instructions where I am instructed to install the app to the workplace. When I do this, I get an error that this can't be done except by Enterprise customers.

I also tried the Legacy Tokens approach but found that the ability to generate new Legacy Tokens has been disabled by Slack.

Is there any workaround that would allow this to be set up on a free Slack server?

As far as I can tell the endpoint to issue new invitations is only available to enterprise grid workspaces 😔
