Should prevent selection of inappropriate workers, rather than throwing errors

If the user clicks the "Process asset" button and then selects a worker that is inappropriate given the asset's file type, they see an error toast message " No worker available for task
'neuro12.png' cannot be processed by any worker".

Instead, they should be prevented by selecting the corresponding worker.
