比如单田芳，用name就是shantianfang，用abbr就是dtf。

abbr 是当成普通用语而非姓名翻译，所以会取到用的多的 dan 为拼音。

已添加支持：

$pinyin->abbr('单田芳', \PINYIN_NAME) // stf
