Access from browser

Just want to ask if I can access the service from browser since if want to check if the service is running. The issue I encountered is that it shows Welcome to nginx!
on localhost:80

Then you probably already have a different server running on your machine and should change the port of the tile server.

Thanks. I figure out it's because I don't how to totally kill the nginx server. I didn't it stupidly by restart the computer.
