Nether not rendering correctly, black spots? #1303

Still the same unfortunately, i feel like its an issue with something missing from the jar file im providing as its seems only select areas are black. Verbose log:

This is likely due to Minecraft's calculated light levels being weird. Perhaps it's in part caused by how we strip the ceiling on nether renders (since we don't re-calculate Minecraft's light after doing so). I'd assume the black parts were covered by nether stone whereas the full-bright columns were lava. |

Hey, i'm running a 1.9.4 vanilla server, I've got Overviewer setup to run nightly, for the overworld, it works fine. However, for the nether i get weird black holes and its barely recognisable. Any ideas? Just to note, i did try the nether smooth lighting method too but no luck.
