Thanks for the report @loveelva30, few days ago @leonelr opened a bug for the same reason (issue #650). It was fixed by 2.8.0-RC1, you can find this release candidate here:
https://github.com/SpiderLabs/ModSecurity/releases/tag/v2.8.0-rc1
Or try our mainline:
