This is an epic placeholder for Authentication refactors. Please place all defects, reviews, etc, in this issue.

great idea to create it. I for example, I get scared of messing with DevGuide which is basically your son and you don't like ..

I'm not precious at all about my previous text. I want to have folks contribute and to feel entitled to edit or delete my previous text as they see fit. Trust me on this one. I do have strong opinions on how the chapters will flow, but that's another issue.
