Enhancement: Allow finding trinkets from fishing

Starting out in Enigmatica 6, I was really focusing strongly on Aquaculture 2, but unfortunately doing so has prevented me from getting as many Trinkets as I think I should've with my playtime. I believe fishing is one mechanic that should allow you to find trinkets as well, perhaps with a heightened chance based on whether the fished item is treasure or not.
