Stable 7 installation is not working

I tried to install the Stable7.zip in my ownCloud instance (7.0.0). But I can not activate it successful on the apps page. After extracting the files in the apps folder, I have an entry for News on the apps page. I can click Activate and it changes to Deactivate. But it is not activated. Reloading the page with Ctrl+F5 changes the state back to deactivated so that I can click on activate.

Apache-Version: 2.4.6

The logs I sent before are happening when I open the Apps page.

There is no stable7.zip

Also if you read the logs it fails because of a core file, nothing to do with news

I took the file from issue #558 , thought it would be some kind of official file. ;)

I've created an app that turns off the code checker. You need to install this first to install the News app on ownCloud 7+

This finally allows me to ship the app for ownCloud 7+
