Updates icewind streams to 0.5.2 which contains this fix icewind1991/Streams#5 which is a partial fix for #22370.
The part I dislike a bit is that it's a bigger version jump with many other changes.
If that's not acceptable then we'd need to only apply the patch in question on top of the old version, which should be doable.
@DeepDiver1975 thoughts ?
