files_external: overlap of input controls

Expected behaviour

Input controls for root certificate should be aligned

Actual behaviour

apps/files_external/templates/settings.php

and do overlap caused by the style="width:230px;" option. Is this style option really required? For example the migration-settings-block does not have this option. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Setup German Owncloud 2. Enable files_external app 3. Go to personal settings ### Server configuration
