Buttons "Add rule" does nothing, neither does "Advanced"

I wanted to try what "add rules" does - but the button does not anything after clicking on it... any hints?

using "czech" language

@VicDeo No, it neither works when I set the UI to English.

I’m closing this issue because it has been inactive for a few months. This probably means that it is not reproducible or it has been fixed in a newer version. If it’s an enhancement and hasn’t been taken on for so long, then it seems no one has the time to implement this.

We've just upgraded to OC 9.1.2 (stable), issue still persists.
