migration example deployment is not working

Describe the bug

oC10 doesn't redirect users to oCIS even if they are supposed to use oCIS.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. start the docker-compose setup in deployments/examples/oc10_ocis_parallel
2. login as einstein

Expected behavior

I log in as einstein, who is configured to be redirected to oCIS and I am redirected to oCIS.

Actual behavior

If I log in as einstein, who is configured to be redirected to oCIS, but I am stuck in oC10.

Additional context

owncloud/openidconnect#180 needs to be released with a new version of the openidconnect app

When released, close this ticket and remove any references to this ticket on owncloud.dev
