[QA] check and add API test coverage for these bug fixes

These bug reports has been fixed and need coverage in tests:

• moving a file and providing the fileID of the destination destroys data #6739
  • Coverage: [tests-only] add API test coverage for file MOVE to space-id as destination #8459
• Search request with scope and empty term fails with http 500 #7812 (fix search response #7815)
  • Coverage: [tests-only] add API test coverage for trying to search with invalid pattern #8441
• send (MOVE,COPY) requests to another user's webDav endpoints as normal user gives 400 instead of 404 #3882
  • Test fix: [tests-only] fix MOVE with another user dav path scenarios #8460
