Me too. I installed version 10.0.1 with the email templates module but I can not edit.

you need to have a themes folder in the root dir if you see this error in your log file
opendir(/var/www/html/owncloud/themes): failed to open dir: No such file or directory

added the folder and editing templates in settings now works

I had the same problem. @siosios - you have to be more specific I think. I had to create a folder inside of /var/www/owncloud/themes - so i have created /var/www/owncloud/themes/folder then everything worked for me.

I have tried the above suggestions and the email templates edit and get placed onto a new directory (owncloud/themes/theme-Omni/core/templates) but they are not being used by owncloud. What am I missing?

Do I need to copy the email templates to my themes core directory?
