need to convert from (degrees, decimal minutes) to (decimal degrees) and rounding to 6 decimal digits

where do I find the docs for all GPS messages?

I can't reach Matteo today and I'm not sure about the correct GW manual to check, but messages coming from the GPS module (this is what the Java module must handle) are exactly the ones described here at page 69 (UBX,00)

It's in Greenwich User Manual Software protocols and applications and I have to check for the Valid indicator.
Conversion is done.
