or alarm wakeup state vice versa

If device switches on after wake up alarm, it is in airplane mode. You can ask at^scfg=MEopMode/Airplane and device answer with its state. If "on" you know that there was wake up alarm.
If device switches on with ignition key, you see GPIO7 level to "0".
Otherwise device switches on for movement.
