add stuff to the account page. #9

if the account is a committee member we need to show his data.
if if account haves a worker proposal we need to show it.
if account is witness we need to show data.
if account is proxy we need to display(is proxy:yes/no)

work in progress here http://bitshares-explorer.io:9009/#/accounts/1.2.121
added:

ribbon on top with user category. if the user haves multiple category the ribbon will display the most "important" in this descending order: proxy - committee - witness - worker.
additionally below the operations table we have 4 spots with the 4 categories with yes/no.
added user issued assets next to the balances table.
added active proposals and votes to the bottom of the page.

not perfect yet to move to the distro, need a few adjustments. any other thing to add to the account page pls post here.
