We'll need to configure a Spartan7 from Aux Flash on grapefruit.

We will also need this on cosmo, but cosmo will have an additional ice40 hotplug config in aux-flash also

schematic can be found in the latest grapefruit GH release: https://github.com/oxidecomputer/hardware-grapefruit/releases/
