invsqrt is a tofino extension, needed for the codel AQM to work.

Hey There. If I understand correctly you're after the MathUnit extern from the Tofino Native Architecture?

Currently the only extern that's supported is a very simple Checksum extern.

It'd be great to see MathUnit support added. I'm not sure when I'd be able to hammer it out myself, but I'm adding the want label to this issue so it's on the radar. PRs always welcome.

thx. invsqrt is a single sse or neon instruction.
