Create a LineSeries that supports multiple limits.

Limits should be defined by Value and Color below the limit.
The last Limit should typically be at double.PositiveInifinity.

The default limits should be

Value = 0, ColorBelow = Colors.Blue
Value = double.PositiveInfinity, ColorBelow = Colors.Red
