Scrollbar Always visible on Kindle Experimental Browser

There is an always present scrollbar on the Kindle Experimental Browser. There is about a 5px scroll on the whole web app. You can actually scroll up/down, this is the browser scrollbar itself.

Please see the screenshot below. Can it be removed?

Does this exist every time you open the app?

Double click left top corner may remove this scrollbar.

Yes, it's there every time it's opened.

Wow, yes, it goes away entirely if you double click the left top corner inside the browser view. Interesting. I wonder if there is anything that could be done to not display it at all to begin with.
