Upgrade from Bootstrap 3

Currently this project uses Bootstrap 3.3.7 which is outdated and has XSS vulnerability, it can be upgraded to Bootstrap 4 easily.

On the other hand, if you are up to something more challenging, then using Bulma and removing the Admin LTE dependency is more welcome.

May I try it? I will try to upgraded it. For removing Admin LTE dependency maybe I will check the usage first.

When I tried to upgraded into Bootstrap 4, there some layout are broken. I think, better to use Bulma than I upgraded into Bootstrap 4 that must fixed the layout. When used bulma, which design I must followed? In screenshot in Readme or maybe need new design?

I fixed that error about @fa directives, but I'd be happy to see Bulma instead of Bootstrap.
Do whatever you want with the design, I am OK with anything.
