rship

Rship is a simple RubyGem for automating git tasks, designed to work with the basic git workflow, see below:

  1. Start a feature

  2. Checkout a working branch for this feature

  3. Write a test

  4. Write an implementation to make the test pass

  5. Repeat 3 and 4 until the feature is complete

  6. Commit and Push changes to git with:

rship -m 'my commit'

Installing

# Run the following if you haven't done so before:
gem sources -a http://gems.github.com
# Install the gem:
sudo gem install ozeias-rship
