correct handling of RTL systems

I'm using a system configured for Right to left.

Finalterm sets the prompt on the right as the default. this isn't the expected behaviour.

steps to reproduce:

1. set your system to some RTL language e.g arabic, hebrew. farsi, by using your desktop setting or exporting LC_ALL=he_IL.utf8 for example.

2. Open Finalterm and see your prompt on the wrong side.

The only Terminal I know that does it right is mlterm.

I installed the he_IL.UTF8 locale and changed region to Asia and input to hebrew to get a RTL login. But then finalterm worked without problems (RTL style) (like mlterm).

We have already discussed on IRC and there shouldn't be any problems with the PS1 prompt (#121).
