Problems Displaying htop

htop in Final Term does not display correctly; when the window size is default, all the data is contained in three lines. Resizing the window causes the data to display in a number of different odd ways.

I noticed similar things in vim.. it just looks awfully buggy .. everything
is messed up and the text I write isn't display correctly in the sense of
appearance
