Midnight Commander works very bad

• rendering works very slowly
• arrow keys doesn't work in MC
• mouse doesn't work in MC
• sometime wrongly resizes MC
• finalterm intercepts F10 for it's own purposes without possibility to change that or turn off

This is one of a long list of bugs that will be fixed over time as support for xterm control sequences improves.
