GCC compile issue with #pragmas #44

I'm getting P runtime to compile on STM324f chip using GCC, and the generated P output C files contain #pragmas that are Visual Studio cl.exe specific. Would be nice to have a "GCC" option to generate output that compiles cleanly using GCC.

I have removed these pragmas.
