2FA login is a bit weird. when entering correct user + pw, the next screen is to ask for 2FA. Looks like that:
then if you enter an incorrect 2FA token, the screen looks like that: some empty line is showing up, but no error which is going to warn about the wrong 2FA. no error on console output (firefox debugger)
there's also missing some kind of back button to get back to the account selection. We are stuck on that screen until deletion of cache. Otherwise no way to select another account to login when 2FA failed. so in case like me, having a regular account and admin account, you just dont know which account you wanted to login sometimes this way
