Please optimize the controller and add controller configuration file for every game

It is very hard to use keyboard to command →↘↓↙← or ←↙↓↘→ in KOF XI and NEO WAVE.
It is easy for joystick.Please optimize the controller.
optimization like this:
→↘↓↙←＝→↓←
←↙↓↘→＝←↓→
The key layout is very differnt in some games.
Please add controller configuration file for every game.

It is easy to command →↘↓↙← or ←↙↓↘→ in NGBC.
But hard to command →↘↓↙←X2 or ←↙↓↘→X2.
