Feature request - 3 finger swipe delay

It would be great if there was an option to add a delay where the 3 finger drag could still be "picked up" after fingers lose contact with touchpad.

Would be useful for repositioning fingers on touchpad while keeping selecting text. Currently selection stops immediately after fingers lose contact. Thought that would be possible with SwipeClickTime, but it just "resets" selection after integer value elapses.
