[Feature Request] Special Block to do the conversion

I wanted to add this to my pack as an end-game method of power/embers generation, but the way the mod currently works by whacking a receptor/emitter on a FE compatible device does not allow for such gating. Any chance of having a block for this? Perhaps with a config option and no recipe so pack devs can sort that out.
