Simple L2 Switch - stuck on launching P4Runtime-shell

I get this error while running example L2 Switch.

#46 We fixed this issue by replacing the Raspberry Pi 4 with a brand new one. The Pi we had before didn't indicate any hardware problems and worked fine with most tasks except compiling and running P4Runtime-shell. We will make further examinations with the Pi and see if we find any hardware issues.

I had the same problem - the reason was too little amount of RAM (2 GB instead of at least 4 GB).
