Thanks for your contribution!
A question confused me for a while, how do you get the captions of all the image? Because as far as I know the Oxford-102 data set only has labels for each class instead of every attribute, so are them labeled by you?

As given in the readme file, download the captions from this link https://github.com/ryankiros/skip-thoughts#getting-started. Extract the archive, copy the text_c10 folder and paste it in Data/flowers.
